Halifax Floor Hockey LeagueFirst of all a big thank you to Kevin Kennedy for playing three games and allowing us to get the first rd in. Thanks Kevin!
No upsets tonight.
Slayers, heavily favoured to win it all, dispersed the Sabres 12-4. Matt Strum leads the way…again…blah blah blah.
Hackers lose to the Lynx. Game was respectable and Lynx lead by Stu Whidden to an 8-5 win.
Fire and Chill battle hard. All tied 5-5 after regulation and no score during OT, assuming there was OT. Goalies shut the door in the shoot out until Cam Power scored the winner.
Semi finals next week.
Chill face off against the Slayers at 7:00
Fire face off against the Lynx at 8:00
This weeks Knapper player of the week is Stu Whidden. Had 3 goals and 2 helpers. I know the website says different, but we be spreading the love around peeps.
Be well and stay safe out there
Love
