Tonight the league had its 2022B season draft and now ain’t nothin but the crying to take place!
It was an interesting draft to say the least with some surprises and even a trade before the night finished.
You will hear from your captain if you haven’t already, and as a last resort, check out the rosters to see where you are.
The shirts are in and if you have ordered and paid, we have your goods. Make sure you come see Martin Kane Monday night before your game. He is the larger jovial guy with the sunburn on the back of his neck…again…
Home team wears black…not grey, blue or red…black
Away team wears white, not grey beige or sky blue…white. Make it so people.
We may have an extra set or so kicking around if you changed your mind. Cost is $32 reach out to Martin Kane again for that opportunity.
The league wants to remind everyone that we are fun and competitive and everyone works the next day. Our preseason was a great display of sportsmanship and all, we want to see that continue into the regular season.
Be good to the refs…if not you will get tossed. Sorry! Zero tolerance for fighting, or threats on or off the gym floor. I mean zero. If we have to kick you, do not pass go or collect anything. Never happens, don’t be the first.
Also, for all you newbie’s and even some veterans, be a good idea to go to our rules section and read up on the FAQ, so that you know what we expect throughout the season.
We are excited to get er’ going again and hope everyone has a good time and stays safe.
