Good evening one and all.
This is Billy Concarney here with some breaking trade news for the league.
the HFHL has confirmed two trades which have happened this week.

The first one came on Tuesday of this week when the Fire and the Slayers swapped three players.
The Slayer sent Goalie Harvey Snelgorve along with D men Anil Snook and Wade Mullen to the Fire for goalie Tom Wynn and D men Rob Tighe and recently called up from the minors, Tibor Kozsta.
This is a goalie swap and a D swap that sees the Fire add some scoring and the Slayers beef up their back end.

The major news was the blockbuster and somewhat controversial trade between the Bulldogs and the Titans.
the Titans have made a deal to send their goalie Tracy MacDonald along with Jake Haddad and recent call up Chad Banks along with their 2nd and 4th draft picks ion the 2016 A season draft to the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs are giving up their number 1 pick in goalie Chris MacKinnon along with Robert Bernard and Chris Webber.
This trade heavily favours the Titans for this season and will depend on the drafting ability of Adam Secord to get a return on this move for the Bulldogs.

As a result of the later trade, the HFHL has decided that they will no longer allow future draft picks to be a part of any trades after this current season.

The most influential trade was the Titans and the Bulldogs, which saw it's lack of parody maybe change the whole outcome of the 2015 B season.
Time will tell, but on paper, the Titans are definitely the favourite's as we head into the last two weeks of the regular season. Chris McKinnon has the ability to walk in and make a difference for any team and with his supporting cast, they will be tough to beat.

This is Billy Concarney saying so long and remember...Pray for Paris...AND Lebanon. Did you know that the day before the Paris carnage, there were two suicide bombings in Beirut Lebanon that saw 43 die and another 269 injured. Yet all attention seams to be on what has happened in Paris. Both of these tragedies need to be acknowledged as innocent people died for no good cause.
Please keep the world in your prayers if you are inclined to pray...and if not...be kind to one another. It will help make this world a better place.

Be well folks!
