Halifax Floor Hockey LeagueWe have been contacted by Eastside Mario's regarding our mix up on draft night. As a result of their generosity, we are able to implement for the first time in the history (and maybe the last time but let's hope not) of the HFHL a weekly designation for player of the week.
This will be called The Eastside Mario's Player of the Week. It will be awarded to the first star as calculated automatically by the website. Once the stats get entered, the website spits out who the three stars are for the week. The league will award the designation according to the website. That being said, if the executive see that the same folks are getting it every week, then we reserve the right to give it to someone else...just to spread the love around :0)
The reward will be a $10 off voucher for your next visit to ESM. We also have more to come for the play offs thanks to ESM.
The league wants to take the opportunity to say thank you to the folks at ESM and in particular Rod Dosman for reaching out to us.
Thanks Rod!
So the Eastside Mario's Player of the Week for week 1 is Marty "The Party" Kane...who plans on donating his reward to Charity...if she ever shows up!!
This is Billy Concarney saying so long and remember "Eastside Mario's Eastside Mario's Hey Budda Boom Budda Bing"
located at 186 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax NS...
Be well folks!
