Halifax Floor Hockey League2008A Champs
September 7, 2008
Once again, the final game of the season proved to be the lowest scoring of the year. With two teams that both seemed unwilling to let the other score, the deciding goal came early in the 3rd period - leading to a wild final minutes as the Titans frantically pounded the opposing team searching for the equalizer. Alas, it never came, and the Chill wound up with the title. The championship was a first as a starter for Chill goaltender Mike Griffiths, a league veteran since the inaugural season.
